Chris Bishop is the Chief Executive Officer of BillingPlatform, the enterprise monetization and billing platform that enables businesses to manage complex revenue models with accuracy, flexibility, and confidence.

Chris brings more than two decades of experience leading and scaling global enterprise software organizations. His leadership background spans executive roles across go-to-market, customer, and operational functions, with a focus on disciplined execution, operational clarity, and delivering value for customers operating mission-critical systems.

Prior to BillingPlatform, Chris held executive leadership roles at Conga and Plex Systems, where he helped guide the growth of complex enterprise SaaS platforms by strengthening execution across go-to-market and customer-facing organizations. His career includes leadership across sales, services, customer success, and delivery, giving him a broad perspective on how enterprise software companies deliver measurable business value and outcomes for large, global enterprises.

Chris is known for building high-performing teams and developing strong leaders who create confidence for enterprise customers through consistency, accountability, and dependable execution over time. He is a graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

Nathan Shinn, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of BillingPlatform, is known for his tireless work ethic and innovative vision ensuring the success of his company, clients and employees.

With his passionate, hands-on approach to management and strategy, BillingPlatform has grown exponentially under his leadership. As a go-to leader and trusted advisor he has sought out a dynamic team of people who strive to meet the same level of performance, fostering loyalty, innovation and collaborative problem solving.

As an engineer with over 20 years of experience in high-volume, enterprise information systems, he is closely involved in the technical evolution of the platform. Nathan is unfaltering in his determination to provide a state of the art unparalleled service to companies in every industry across the globe.

Nathan earned his degree in Computer Information Systems from the Colorado State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In the following years, he gained a reputation as one of the industry’s leading authorities on high-volume software systems, Enterprise Billing and Cloud technology.

Entrepreneur of several successful companies in the last 28 years he has continued to succeed with the same passion and motivation throughout his career. With over 20 years in the software industry, and extensive experience in high capacity billing information systems, Leo is the driving force that makes BillingPlatform the most dynamic and flexible solution on the market today. He plays an integral role in shaping a company culture that believes nothing is impossible, and that innovation – without compromise – is what defines success in today’s highly competitive, global market.

Leo is one of the original founders of BillingPlatform and is committed to excellence in product development and complete customer satisfaction.

He is an enthusiast for outdoor sports, and is a world traveler with a passion for global unity and diverse cultures. He also is fluent in Russian and has a passion for everything mechanical.

Springsteel brings more than 35 years of financial and operational leadership in enterprise software. He joins BillingPlatform from Recurly, a subscription billing platform, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. His career spans multiple CFO and CEO roles, including BetterWorks, MetricStream, Actian Corporation, Liquid Robotics and MarkLogic. He has led two successful IPOs, raised more than $400 million in equity and debt financing, and managed numerous mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining BillingPlatform Shane served as Chief Revenue Officer, for Marketing Evolution – a Media Measurement and Optimization SaaS Platform. Shane Desrochers was responsible for Marketing Evolutions’ global sales growth and more than doubled the company’s revenue during his tenure.

Shane brings more than 18 years of sales and sales management experience in the technology space and has over 17 years SaaS sales experience. Additionally, Shane held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operation for Digital Commerce and Order Management for Aptos Retail. There he ran the Sales, Retention, Product, and QA teams. At ShopVisible, Shane served as VP of Sales and Operations where he was instrumental in company growth that resulted in a successful exit to Epicor. Prior to joining ShopVisible, Shane was Director of Sales at Silverpop, a Marketing Automation and Email Marketing SaaS platform. He was crucial in growing Silverpop’s client base from under a dozen clients to over 1,000 of the most recognized brands in the world. Silverpop sold to IBM in 2014.

Shane holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining BillingPlatform, Kurt served as Chief Marketing Officer for Symmetry, a fast growing provider of SAP cloud managed services, where he led all aspects of marketing including branding and communications, press and analyst relations, demand generation, and channel development. Kurt led the company’s successful European market expansion as part of a strategic repositioning of the company from a regional technical managed services firm into a global market leader in hybrid cloud solutions for SAP ERP customers. The company was successfully acquired by NTT Limited at the end of 2019.

Prior to that role, Kurt was CMO at SAVO, a SaaS-based sales enablement solutions provider where he implemented successful marketing strategies to build an industry leading brand and support the aggressive growth of the company. Kurt brings over 20 years of executive experience including Vice President positions with NovaQuest, SupplyScape, and Dassault Systèmes where he built and led teams focused on industry, strategy, and marketing.

Kurt has a BS in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University.

Zwiebach joins BillingPlatform with deep expertise in financial applications for major enterprises and will work closely on product strategy with Leo Solomon, BillingPlatform’s founder and CTO. Most recently, Zwiebach served as Vice President of Product Management for Financials Management at Workday, where he led the product roadmap for the financial suite used by more than 2,100 organizations worldwide. Prior to Workday, he spent 17 years at Oracle, holding multiple senior leadership roles including VP Financial Applications and VP Applications Development.

Chris King is the Chief Customer Officer of BillingPlatform, the enterprise monetization and billing platform that enables businesses to manage complex revenue models with accuracy, flexibility, and confidence.

Chris is a technology executive with 20+ years of leadership, driving growth and transformation across global enterprise software organizations. He has a proven record scaling Professional Services, Customer Success, and AI-enabled transformation organizations while delivering sustained revenue, margin, and client value growth. He is recognized for driving enterprise AI adoption, defining implementation strategy, and embedding operational excellence across global delivery organizations.

Prior to BillingPlatform, Chris held executive leadership roles at Medidata and Salesforce leading various global customer-facing organizations. His career includes leadership across sales, services, customer success, and delivery, giving him a broad perspective on how enterprise software companies deliver measurable business value and outcomes for large, global enterprises.

Jim s responsible for translating company strategy into coordinated action across the business. He partners with executive and functional leaders to accelerate strategic priorities, strengthen operating discipline, and ensure company-wide initiatives deliver measurable outcomes for BillingPlatform’s customers and the company.

Prior to joining BillingPlatform, Jim held senior strategy, transformation, and operational leadership roles at Conga, including serving as Chief of Staff to two CEOs. He partnered with the executive team and Board of Directors to develop the company’s strategic frameworks, align the organization around its priorities, and oversee execution of the initiatives supporting those strategies. Most recently, Jim led transformation planning ahead of Conga’s transaction with PROS and directed the post-transaction integration across the combined organization.

Earlier in his career, Jim held strategy and operational roles at HealthEquity and JetBlue, building experience across enterprise software, healthcare technology, and the airline industry. Across these organizations, he developed a broad perspective on how companies navigate growth, transformation, and changing customer expectations.

Jim is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning teams around shared priorities, and turning strategy into focused execution. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from Weber State University. Jim is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he lives with his wife.
